The above rate includes the facility rental, a lite supper reception buffet, full service catering, cake cutting, ceremony set-up and coffee service.  We allow you to bring aboard all your own beverages.  A bartenders fee of $20.00 per hour per BT, 18% Service & Labor fee and WSST  (9.3%) will be added to your final bill.  No hidden cost!  We will gladly give you a written estimated bill when asked.

Outside caterers are welcomed.  The Facility fee varies,
and is based on date and guest count.

The per person price includes:  One hour for deliveries and set-up, Four Hours for event, hot & cold reception buffet, coffee service, set-up, cleaning & parking.   A bartenders fee of $20.00per Hour/per bartender, the usual 18% Service Fee and WSST (9.3%) will be added to your final bill.
Rates 
Non-Peak Rates are based on 100 or more guests count. Peak Season: Minimum counts vary, Three-day holiday rates: Ask about the Sunday rate increase.  All rates are subject to change.   
Deposit
A Non-Refundable deposit of $600.00 for mid-week, $1000.00 for all other events with the exception of:  $2000.00 for all Friday & Saturday PM events in July, August, September & December,   Should your date change before 150 days of your original scheduled date you may transfer to another available date, valid for a period of one year.  Your deposit is subtracted from your final bill. 
Time & Space
12-5pm or 6pm-11pm. Events are contracted for a four hour period, an additional hour is allowed, before your guests arrive for set-up, family pictures and deliveries.  Guests are not permitted on board before allotted time. Please schedule the ceremony on your invitation at least 15 minutes after guest arrival time.  Additional hours can be purchased at $200.00 per.  The back tent area may be opened for groups over 100 when the deck is closed  and $120.00 when the deck is open.
Dinners
Add two items from the “Reception buffet” for more of a dinner portion buffet,  this will also increase your plate size to a 12 inch plate  or  order from the “Dinner Buffet” menu.
Bartenders
We provide the bartenders for your event at $20.00 per bartender, per hour, plus one hour setup.  We require an additional bartender for Soft bars (beer, wine, pop) of 130 or more guests and two bartenders for Hard Bars (hard liquor) for 120 or more guests.  We require this to adequately serve your guests.
Beverages
You may bring your own or you may use our services.  We can provide you with pops, seltzers, juice & ice  @ $1.25 pp or $1.50 if it’s the only beverage served (no alcohol being served). OR, a “Full Bar” type beverage Service @ $1.50, includes ice, (you supply the alcohol). If you choose to bring ALL the beverages, we can order ice for a fee of $40.00-$50.00, depending on guest count.   A Washington State banquet permit is required for all alcohol you provide.  You can obtain this at your local WSLS for $10.00, Please bring  permit with you when paying the bill.
Decorations
We can provide you with a flower service for a $300.00 which includes 24 bud vases, two large arrangements plus loose greens & flowers needed for buffet & side tables.  Because this is a service fee only, the flowers need to remain on the Ferry.  Please feel free to use an outside florist,  but we request that your florist provide us with matching green leaf and loose flowers for the buffet & side tables.
NO candles are allowed, except during the ceremony, as a unity candle. 
NO confetti, flower petals or birdseed on the dock, parking lot or boat.
Payments
Full payment is due 5 business days before your event. Menus, guests counts and other special requests can be arranged at this time. Please call to make your appointment at least one week in advance.
The Skansonia does NOT accept Credit Cards.
Damage Deposit
A separate check for $300.00 is due at time of payment.  We hold this deposit in case there is extra cleaning (confetti, bird seed, floral pedals on the car deck, parking area) or  additional guests or extra time.  The Check will be mailed with in 5 business days.
Additional Notes
The Skansonia accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items from the Skansonia. Please check all areas before leaving the ferry for any personal items.
