Dinner Prices are based on a 100 person minimum, a four hour event time plus one hour for set up. A Room Rental Fee would apply if under the minimum. The Skansonia can provide you with a Fully Hosted or "No-Host" Bar for your events. A 18% Gratuity and 9.3% Sales Tax will be added to your final bill. The per person price includes rental of the ferry for Four Hours, hot & cold reception buffet, coffee service, set-up, cleaning & parking. A bartenders fee of $20.00per Hour/per bartender, the usual 18% Service Fee and WSST (9.3%) will be added to your final bill.

Rates Non-Peak Rates are based on 100 or more guests count.  Peak Season: minimum guest count varies, 100-200 person minimum All rates and guest minimums are subject to change.

Deposit A Nonrefundable deposit of $600.00 for midweek, $1000.00 for all other events with the exception of: $2000.00 for all Friday & Saturday PM events in July, August, September & December. Should your date change before 150 days of your original scheduled date you may transfer to another available date, for a period of one year. Your deposit is subtracted from your final bill.

Time & Space 12-5pm or 6pm-11pm. Events are contracted for a four hour period, an additional hour is allowed, before your guests arrive, for set-up, family pictures and deliveries. Guests are not permitted on board before allotted time. Please schedule the ceremony at least 15 minutes after guest arrival time. Additional hours can be purchased at $200.00 per hour before midnight or $250.00 after midnight. The back tent area may be opened for groups over 105 in the winter & 130 in the Summer.

Bartenders We provide the bartenders for your event at $20.00 per bartender, per hour, plus one hour setup. We recommend an additional bartender for Soft bars (beer, wine, pop) of 135 or more guests and two bartenders for Hard Bars (hard liquor) for 120 or more guests. We recommend this to adequately serve your guests.

Beverages You may bring your own or you may use our services. Please ask for the Beer, Wine & Champagne package prices or the Full Bar prices. We can provide you with pops, seltzers, juice & ice service @ $1.25 PP or "Full Bar" type accompaniments @ $1.50. Ice can be ordered for you at an additional charge of $25-$35. A Washington State banquet permit is required for all alcohol you provide. You can obtain this at your local WSLS for $10.00, Please bring the permit with you when paying the bill. Adriatica provides all other bars & permits.

Decorations We can provide you with a flower service for a $300.00 which includes 25 bud vases, two large arrangements plus loose greens & flowers needed for buffet & side tables. Because this is a service fee only, the flowers need to remain on the Ferry. Please feel free to use an outside florist, but we request that your florist provide us with matching green leaf and loose flowers for the buffet & side table.  Votive candles are not allowed, except during the ceremony. No confetti or birdseed on the ferry please.

Rentals The Skansonia can provide a wedding arbor (arch) for a $25.00 rental fee.

Payments Full payment is due 5 business days before your event. Menus, guests counts and other special requests can be arranged at this time. Please call to make your appointment at least one week in advance. The Skansonia does not accept Credit Cards.

Damage Deposit A separate check for $300.00 is due at time of payment. We hold this deposit in case there is extra cleaning due to confetti, bird seed on the car deck, additional guests or overtime. The Check will be mailed the next business day if no other major damage has been done.

Additional Notes The Skansonia accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items aboard the Skansonia. Please check all areas before leaving the ferry for any personal items.
