Deposit
A Non-Refundable Deposit
of $600.00 for
mid-week, $1000.00 for all other events with the exception of:
$2000.00 for all Friday & Saturday events in
July, August, September & December, Should your date change
before 150 days (5 months), of your original scheduled date you
may transfer to another available date, valid for a period of
one year. Your deposit is subtracted from your final bill.

Time & Space
Mon. thru Fri. - any 5 hour block / Sat. & Sun.-
12-5pm or 6pm-11 pm
Additional hours can be purchased at $250.00 per. Your rate
includes four hours plus an additional hour, before your guests
arrive for set-up, family pictures and deliveries. We recommend
you add an hour before noon or after 11pm for Ceremonies aboard
the ferry and that you schedule ceremony time on your invitation
at least 15 minutes after guest boarding time. Guests are
not permitted on board before allotted time, if guests are
allowed to board early you will be charged. Our comfort level
for ceremonies is up to 165 inside and 225 outside. |
Bartenders
are mandatory
We provide the
bartenders for your event at $25.00 per bartender, per hour,
plus one hour setup. We require an additional bartender for
Soft bars (beer, wine, pop) of 125 or more guests. Two
bartenders for Hard Bars (hard liquor) of 115 or more guests.
We require this to adequately serve your guests. |
Plain
Beverage Service
You may
bring your own or you may use our services.
We can provide you with pops, seltzers, juice & ice @ $1.25 PP
or $1.50 if it’s the only beverage served (no alcohol being
served). OR, a “Full Bar” type beverage Service @ $1.50,
includes ice, (you supply the alcohol). If you choose to bring
ALL the beverages, we can supply the ice for a fee of $30.00 -
$55.00, depending on your guest count. A Washington State
banquet permit is required for all alcohol you provide.
You can obtain this at your local WSLS for $10.00, Please bring
permit with you when paying the bill. |
Decorations
Battery tea
lights $75.00 rental fee, (optional). We can provide you with a
flower service for a $350.00 which includes 24 bud vases, two
large arrangements plus loose greens & flowers needed for buffet
& side tables. Because this is a service fee only, the flowers
need to remain on the Ferry. Package rate for tea lites &
Flowers $400.00. Please feel free to use an outside florist,
but we request that your florist provide us with matching green
leaf and loose flowers for the buffet & side tables. CANDLES
are NOT allowed, except during the ceremony, as a unity candle.
NO confetti, flower petals or birdseed on the dock, parking lot
or boat. |
Payments
Full payment is due 5 business days before your event. Menus, guests
counts and other special requests can be arranged at this time. Please call to make your
appointment at least one week in advance.
The Skansonia does NOT accept Credit Cards.

Damage Deposit
A separate check for $350.00 is due at time of payment.
We hold this
deposit in case there is extra cleaning (confetti, bird seed,
floral pedals on the car deck, parking area) or additional
guests or extra time. The Check will be mailed within 5
business days. |

Notes
The Skansonia
accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items from the
Skansonia. |
